Workflow：
Signal Source:  2 channels (stereo left/right) of critical audio signal from the stage mixing console.
Transmitter End: Converts this 2 channel signal into an optical signal and injects it into the fiber optic trunk line.
First-Level Receiver End (e.g., in the middle section of the church): Receives the optical signal, converts it back into high-quality analog audio, and outputs it via XLR to the local power amplifier and speaker. Simultaneously, it cleans and reshapes the optical signal, then passes it on to the next level via "OUT" interface.
Second-Level, Third-Level... Receiver Ends (e.g., in the rear of the church, lobby, etc.): Repeat the above process. Each level provides the exact same 2 channels of audio signal for use in its local area and continues to pass the optical signal down the chain.
Summary: What you are purchasing is a "2-input → multi-output" system. All receivers along the entire chain provide the same set of audio signals to different locations along the path.
