SMPTE Connector Adapter Converts from SMPTE 304 connectors to standard duplex single-mode Fiber cable assemblies.  it allows 4K-SDI broadcast cameras fitted with Standard SMPTE 304M hybrid connectors to be deployed by using universary Single-mode optical fiber.
 This Adapter allows the users to replace the SMPTE hybrid cable between the camera and the CCU (Base) with standard fibre cable. this way can lower the cable cost and increases the distance for reliable camera connections. It is perfect for Stadiums, Arenas and Concert Halls that have pre-installed fibre networks.
Both ends of this system are enclosed in a compact, lightweight, ruggedised aluminium enclosure, ideally suited to Outside Broadcast where the camera can be powered locally.
